The Objective
On this project, Ideal Heat Solutions supplied its 250kW oil-fired containerised boiler with built-in PHE, 40m of HTG hose to make the temporary boiler power connections, 15m of gas trac pipe and 60m of food grade hot water hose.

As well as being robust and easy-to-install, the temporary boiler has in-built IQ Vision monitoring technology so Ideal Heat Solutions’ OFTEC registered technicians can ensure the temporary boiler performs as intended. This level of control is a huge benefit on any project, particularly on residential dwellings where the indoor comfort of occupants is a priority.
Ideal Heat Solutions surveyed the site and outlined the project’s details to the client. On this project, the plant room was on the first floor of the building, meaning that extra consideration had to be paid to this factor so that the hose could run in a safe, accessible way. Ideal Heat’s team of experts delivered the boiler to the site so the scaffolding could be erected around the plant, enabling the hose run.
Although the commissioning of the boiler will be done at a later stage, the fact that the client contacted Ideal Heat to put this key precaution in place means that in the event of an emergency, action can be taken straight away to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
